Crosswalk Safety

Most parents teach their children how to cross the street. At least mine did and that’s why I thought I knew the correct technique. Apparently, I’ve been doing it wrong my entire life. Here’s how it’s suppose to be done.

Step 1: Carefully read the instructions

Step 2: Take a flag from the holder

Step 3: Hold the flag out, look both ways and begin crossing the street

Step 5: When you reach the half-way point, look to make sure no cars are coming

Have you been crossing the street correctly? If not, now you know what to do!

May the farce be with you!
